Excellent service since the day I pulled in for an estimate. The woman at reception desk very friendly and professional. As was Don who did my estimate and Jose who handled the work done. This was my first experience at seeking auto repair. My husband passed away in January, so it is now up to me. I couldn't have been more pleased with both the helpfulness and courtesy of the employees AND the quality of workmanship. It was next-day ready; the repair and painting of the bumper on my car was actually completed ahead of schedule. I received several calls from Adam, which I greatly appreciated, regarding what I wanted (striping replaced or not) and when I could pick up my car. Also, I did not have to rent a car, as a very pleasant young man, Marcos, drove me home when I left the car. He would not accept a tip! I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to friends and go there for any future repairs needed. A 5-Star Rating for sure!!!

I am so happy I was able to work with such comprehensive and efficient staff. The minute I walked in, I was addressed with professionalism and genuine interest in meeting my needs. I received calls and text updates on my car's service. The insurance adjuster's evaluation, shop manager's plan for repair and the rental car assignment was done expediently and I was back on my way with a fresh cup and coffee in the time it takes most repair shops to simply notice you are even in the showroom. I was able to pick up my car the very next day! The shop crew not only expertly repaired the damage, they washed my car, inside and out and even had another fresh cup of coffee and cold water for the road!! I will be recommending their shop to all my friends.

Josh was so kind to buff out an area on my bumper where someone backed into me and also offered to paint the spots where the paint is missing at no charge! Thanks Josh! I stopped to have my car checked out here because I had previously had a lot of damage done to another car when I was rear ended a number of years ago and had a lot of damage done to that car. Gerber Collison & Glass did an excellent job repaired that car.
