I really appreciate the great service I was provided for warranty work that Gerber Collision gave to me when they stood by their lifetime guarantee on their repairs on my vehicle. I expected them hassle me and deny my claim, but I was pleasantly surprised that that they took care of me in such a professional and timely manner. Needless to say my car now looks fabulous. The manager, Scott H., of the Tempe location, deserves lots of praise as well as all of the other employees who assisted. I will definitely come back to Gerber for any other auto collision repairs. Thank you Gerber!

I am very happy with the service I've been given from Gerber (Jeffrey K.) ... My car is wonderful and Mr. K. was giving me updates regularly both by phone and text. In fact my car was ready two days prior to the estimated date of completion. I also found out this weekend that my son in law had his truck repaired here too and was very happy with them. I would highly recommend this branch of Gerber should you need collision repair.

Everything about the experience was pleasant. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and I loved getting the updates via text. They did a fantastic job on my car-it looks as good as new. Service was extremely fast, too, and I had my perfect car back within a couple of days. There were no unexpected hiccups or charges, and having the rental car right there was so convenient. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for a great experience!
