Young lady at counter seemed new but hey- we all need training, right? Stephanie was awesome! Service was easy, good and my car was sparking when they pulled it around to the front after repairs. What a nice added touch. The guy who drove it around even apologized for my 10 minute wait by saying "I just wanted to spend a little more time on the interior so it was really clean for you". WOW!

Created dent in rear bumper backing into construction equipment (my fault). Gerber Collision (Sam) gave me lowest estimated quote. Repair of bumper was expertly done, looked like new. Gerber held true to its estimate. Would highly recommend Gerber Collision at Lakeside Pwy.

Once again, Gerber Collision and Glass exceeded my expectations! I've used them 4 times in the past for insurance and non-insurance repairs, so I guess I wasn't surprised. I took my car in for a small repair - reattachment of the trim panel that runs along the bottom rear of the body to the fender well. I took the car in to get an estimate and set up an appointment for the job. Inspection showed that several fasteners had become detached. Don, the estimator said "give me a few minutes". He pulled the car to the back, in 10 minutes he pulled it back to the front again with the repairs finished. I didn't expect or ask for a "freebie", but he didn't even write this job up and there was no charge. Wonderful service from the receptionist, Salina, to Josh the estimator. They were polite, helpful, and the body work looks wonderful. I can see where they went beyond the call of duty with a little rub out, which now my car looks so much better.
