I went in there with a small problem, damaged fuel door on my wife's 2007 Hyuhdai. Alberto B. my estimator, treated me like I was driving a Mercedes Benz. I thought no one would be that interested in such a small problem on an old car like mine. Alberto made me feel like I meant something to him. I was really surprised how well he treated me. He was extremely professional and made me feel like I was talking to a friend about my problem. Made it sound like he was glad I came in. Also told me he would take care of it with little or no down time. When all was said and done, I brought the car in on an appointment, he had the part painted and installed it in about 15 minutes. This was not my first experience with Gerbers, , 2 other times and every time it was a pleasure. Alberto made me feel special, even tho my job was so minor. Great Guy, ... Great company. Best auto repair experience I've had in my 71 years. Expert, friendly and very helpful staff. Great repair job done as scheduled and consistent with earlier estimate. Had an issue with car battery when we picked up the car (unrelated to work done by Gerber) and Gerber staff went out of their way to help us resolve the issue. Highest marks all around.

Jeffrey K. did a wonderful job. My mother and I both said how new my car looked when it left Gerber. I was really skeptical about the paint job. My car is a 2009 and I thought the color wasn't going to match. I was pleasantly surprised. The added bonus was the cleaning of my car's interior, which saved me a lot. I loved the text messages and phone calls I received during the whole process. I did not have to worry about anything. And when I picked up my car, Jeffrey took me around my car, showed me the beautiful work, and allowed me to leave my rental. He arranged for it to be picked up by enterprise. The whole process was easy and there weren't any hiccups on Gerber's end. Hopefully, I never get into another car accident, but if I do I will come back to Gerber. Thank you so much!!

The estimator was very thorough and friendly. He explained everything he did. The staff updated me on the repair progress almost everyday through texts and phone calls. They made sure all of the repairs that needed to be done were completed without me prompting them. I would recommend Gerber to my friends.

After contacting USAA, I was directed to call Gerber Collision & Glass. I was directed to contact Jessica S. who was my point person for my claim. It took short amount of time for estimate and within allotted days for repairs. The car looked good when I picked it up.

We are very pleased with the repairs done on our 4Runner. Our Estimator, Jeffrey was very thorough in explaining every facit of work that may be needed during the estimating process and kept us up to date during the repair process via e-mail and phone The job was completed two days ahead of schedule and when we went to pick up the vehicle, he explained every step of the repair process via photos. He even had the vehicle cleaned inside and out, the repair was incredible, great paint matching, looked like a vehicle! Great job!
