I needed to get a small crease fixed on my '68 Chev Pick up. I met with Joe Wilkes at the Avondale location. He was professional all the way. Keeping in contact with me with numerous calls during the repair time. I would not hesitate to recommend them or go there again!!! They matched the paint perfectly! Thank you!!!

The staff here was very helpful, cheerful when answering the phone or explaining things, helping me get things transferred between vehicles. And one person in particular, Bill, went beyond his responsibility to assist me with a problem which I thought was the result of their repair work, but it wasn't. He researched the problem and called me to let me know what it meant, saving me a possible dead battery situation.

Even tho I did not cause the dent in my rear fender, someone hit my car at the Mall. Jessica at Gerber went above and beyond seeing that my car was repaired and returned to me in a week and getting me a rental car to use. Great to have my car back and looks like new.

I work for Gerber Collision and Glass. You would assume that they would have taken their time on my vehicle, since I do work here, and some would think my car wasn't priority BUT Tyler, the one managing my repairs and Julio, the tech, were always, always on top of my car. They had it out to me on the date promised, kept me informed the entire time and made sure that if I had any questions they were answered. Chesiree in parts, always gave me an ETA on my parts. Vincent, who wasn't even working with or on my car, always would come and tell me where my car was at in production after every meeting. Not only do I work for a great team but I also got the pleasure of having them work on my car and performing outstanding work. Thanks team.

We would like to thank Don D. & all the crew of Gerber Collision & Glass for their exceptional kindness, understanding and outstanding work. As my husband & I are both disabled; also William just had surgery on his hand & is immobile, Mr. Diaz and his people were so terrific to us. Picking the vehicle up for us and returning it. Everyone we spoke with were kind, honest and clearly realized the stress we were under. The vehicle was returned like nothing ever happened. It looks better than before...ha,ha! Just want to say we wish you all a big thank you, God's good blessings, and happiness. I highly recommend Gerber for your auto needs!!!!!!
