With 30 years of experience in the accident reconstruction field, I was amazed that the quality of service included a complete restoration of the vehicle. I had initially been told that the vehicle was a total loss. The staff was patient and courteous at all times. I was involved in an accident with extensive damage to the right side of my Subaru. Gerber picked up my vehicle from the tow yard and theat day Jim Caniga contacted me to advise they had the car and were getting an estimate ready for the insurance company. Jim called me when the estimate was submitted and then when the work was approved. Every couple days Jim would contact me with the progress on the repairs. Our car was finished and returned today. I have never been treated so well as I was by Jim Caniga. He is a treu professional and a complete gentleman. You should be proud of him. Because of Jim, I would recommend Gerber to anyone.
