Very happy with the whole experience, from start to finish at Gerber. All of the staff was polite and helpful. Jordan took care of the estimate and communication with the insurance company, so I didn't have to worry about anything. They kept me posted on the progress, and completed it promptly. My car looks like new again, so now I can put the bad experience of being hit behind me.

Work was completed exactly as described in estimate, and truck was returned washed and ready to go 2 days early. Process was efficient and work is guaranteed for as long as I own my truck. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Bernie was my estimator, and he was there when I checked the truck in and did the walk around when I picked it up. Very pleased with Gerber.

Working with Leah W. was Wonderful! Her attention, demeanor, attitude and professionalism are a credit to your operation. The repair is excellent, great job in completing the work earlier than promised :) Because of this and mostly because of dealing with Leah Wright, I would and will recommend Gerber Collision to everyone! I had a couple scratches on my new car from taking it in the back country. To be specifc, tree branches that have scraped the whole length of the car. I drive a black Subaru Forester. I tried to compound of out myself, as you can guess it was a complete failure. I had a huge smudge riding along the whole side of my car. I panicked, called Gerber in Tempe and they told me to come over to look at it. Bill assessed and told me to come back in an hour and he would get it done in 45 minutes. Jordan checked on my car multiple times for me as well. Thank you for fixing my mistake!

I got my car repaired there last year and everything was done great. A couple weeks ago I noticed the fender was bent so I took it back to Gerber. Bill H helped me out, and even though my fender was unrelated to the accident, he still helped me out and popped it back into place. Great service.

He provided me with frequent status updates and finished my project with a thorough walk thru of the completed repairs. I firmly believe that I could not have received better service along with the quality of repairs provided from any other vendor. This was second time to use Gerber, and I must say the customer service i encountered both times, were above a 5 star rating Kat was a super star both my times using the shop, Kat was so very positive, professional, and helpful, as was my service rep. both members of your team represented Gerber above and beyond, I also over heard them both on several occasions talk with other customers, and they two were given the 5 star treatment. I hope there is a program where they are some how honored with great customer service skills. Oh, and by the way neither of them are friends or family members Thank You Gerber!

Mo was most helpful with our repair needs on our GMC 2500 Sierra. He arranged a ride for us back to the family homeless shelter where we do volunteer work in the winter. (These mission projects get us out of MN in the winter). Our truck was ready even before it was promised. When it was ready he arranged a ride back to the shop for us. The shop receptionist (I cannot recall her name) is the one that gave us a ride. Outstanding customer service by each person. Beautiful work done by the technician. Thank you for this outstanding service.
