Great service, friendly staff. I came in the shop and I felt like home. Xavier explained what was going to be done to my car and he also explained the estimate. My car only stayed one day in the shop, which I was really happy because I didn't have to be driving a rental. The happiest moment was when I picked up my car and the car was not only repaired but also clean. Thank you Gerber Yuma Staff.

Estimate completed in timely manner. Repairs are excellent, cant even tell that it was even hit. Was kept informed about the progress and completion date throughout repairs. Was consulted at time of pick up about what was done and everything was great. Very satisfied with repairs.

I haven't needed a collison repair since the 70s. What a much better experience this has been! I knew when I walked in the door and the office was professional looking and the staff courteous that I had a good chance at a positive experience. Kim is great. Not only kind, but she explains every step of the process and walks you to your car after the repair. She went the extra step to make sure I was covered for a rental car. Thank heaven I only needed the front bumper replaced, but it was done in a timely manner and the workmanship is excellent. Overall the repair is top notch, the staff was professional and this was a positive experience. Thank you.

I had a minor accident with my car and I wanted to send it to be repaired by the company I had used in the past. The insurance company strongly suggested using you,so I did. I am so happy to say that it was a just a minor adjustment and the guys fixed it for me on the spot and I didn't have to involve my insurance company at all. So from now on if I need these serices I will be calling you and will recommend you to anyone that needs auto repairs. Thanks so much........I love those guys!!!!

Dropped my truck off. By the next day Gerber had the estimate completed, approved and the parts ordered. I recieved bi-weekly phone calls updating me on the status of my vehical. Had a problem getting the correct door for the vehical but continued to update me and work to get the problem resolved. They even completely resprayed the bedliner. Outstanding costumer service. I will be recommending Gerber Collision to all of my friends and coworkers.
