My wife and I were really impressed with the service given. This is the first collision incident that we have had to deal with and were a little nervous at first at what we had to deal with. However, everyone was personable, kind and informative. Our van looked great when they were done repairing it. We were even pleasantly surprised to see that the inside of our van was cleaned, vacuumed, and smelled brand new. With 2 young boys that are very good at tracking in dirt that was no easy task. We will definitely be returning to Gerber. We might even be returning soon to take care of some damage that was not a part of our recent accident. Thank you for the great service.

I wanted to thank the gentleman and staff who assisted us in the repair of our vehicle. We were given updates on the repair of our car and the customer service was outstanding. Even though we had to bring the car back for a couple adjustments the customer service really made all the difference and made our experience a good one. I believe our mechanics name was Joe and they were a couple other guys that helped as well. Please pass our thanks along to them.

I thought Gerber was very kind, my car wasn't perfect the first time I came to pick it up. But they were so kind about fixing the problem in only two days. I got into a very bad accident and needed a new back end. It is perfect and I am very pleased and I will definitely be wreck-ommending you guys!! Thanks again :)
