The service was great! It was extremely quick (I've had the same type of repair in the past and it took three times as long). I was also kept up date (almost every day when my car was in the shop). Definitely best experience I've had at a shop so far! Also the employees are awesome! :)

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE THAT I COME ACROSS. OUR TRUCK WAS REPAIRED AHEAD OF SCHD. MY WIFE AND I RECIEVED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS KEEPING US INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS BEING MADE. YOUR COMPANY ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND COVERING OUR CAR RENTAL WHEN OUR INSURANCE COMPANY FAILED TO DO SO.

This is the 2nd time in less than a year I have had to bring my car to Gerber. Megan and all the staff here are fantastic! They get my repair done as quickly as possible, but they do an outstanding job, and the repair looks great. You can't even tell it isn't the original bumper. Thank you so much for everything!

Service was very professional and friendly. I was kept in good communication about the status of my vehicle repairs. Repairs were completed almost on time, but a glitch with a window installation delayed it for a few days - which was not a major inconvenience. The repairs look excellent - like new!
