Excellent customer service and a professional staff!!! After my PARKED car was side-swiped, I dropped it off the same day and they immediately begin the work. They literally hounded me; ensuring I was updated timely throughout the entire process. My BMW came back to me better then NEW. Even though it was a drive from Sierra Vista, it was WORTH it.

Was at first hesitant. I had never heard of this business, especially living right down the street. But, I was pleasantly surprised from the drop-off to pick-up. The service was great! It was extremely quick (I've had the same type of repair in the past and it took three times as long). I was also kept up date (almost every day when my car was in the shop). Definitely best experience I've had at a shop so far! Also the employees are awesome! :)

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE THAT I COME ACROSS. OUR TRUCK WAS REPAIRED AHEAD OF SCHD. MY WIFE AND I RECIEVED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS KEEPING US INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS BEING MADE. YOUR COMPANY ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND COVERING OUR CAR RENTAL WHEN OUR INSURANCE COMPANY FAILED TO DO SO.
