At, first I was convinced that I was going to have my car in the shop for a week at least. However to my utmost surprise, I was able to be back on the road with it in about 4 days all thanks to the estimator "Jeffery K" and the rest of the team that helped! Thank you all so much.

We were really impressed with the service we received at this location. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Marcela and Angie were very friendly and helpful. The work was done quickly and well. If we ever need collision damage work done again, we will use this facility.

I was on the freeway and my radiator protector fell down on my car while driving 65 plus at 5 am in the morning. Very unsettling experience, it went under my car and made a loud scrapping noise. I contacted Gerber Collision and was provided excellent customer service and assurance that the issue was something they could easily take care of. They allowed me to bring the vehicle in without an appt and removed the hanging protector to allow me to drive until the part came in. Moe A. was the person I dealt with. He was very professional, kind and easy to work with. The overall experience was great and I will definitely take my car back in the future. Honest and trustworthy.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I walked in the front door and Dave S the General Manager was there and visited with me. Even though he was extremely busy Dave took the time to explain all the details about my vehicle and the repair process. Later I found out that it was his anniversary, but he still treated me like I was the most important person at the time. He patiently listened while I explained that I bought the truck 3 weeks ago, it was 15 years old with 39K miles and still looked brand new. Now my insurance company wants to total my "new" truck. I'm kind of high maintenance and have a lot of questions. Even after our original meeting I emailed Dave with several questions, he responded very quickly to every email. I hope like Hell you are never unfortunate enough like me to get hit by another vehicle with ... a driver that is 25 years old, under the influence of alcohol and drugs... in a borrowed car with NO insurance...but if you find yourself in my predicament I hope you are lucky enough have your vehicle land in Dave's hands... you will be well taken care of. Jeff took the time to go over every detail as we looked at the finish product and ensured all questions were answered to our satisfaction. I have never dealt with a more courteous and customer dedicated group as those at your Anthem location, specifically Jeffery K. His orchestration through the entire repair cycle of my vehicle was beyond reproach. Jeffery accepted nothing but superb quality of the repairs and ensured that I was thoroughly satisfied. He kept me completely apprised through the complete repair process providing me with photos and explanation of the repairs was undergoing. Hopefully, I will not have to undergo such a repair process in the future, but should I have to you can rest assured it will be performed by Gerber.

Gerber Collision Anthem, Arizona did a great job on repairing damage to an old Toyota Camry that has been sideswiped by another vehicle at high speed. Jeff helped us- he was courteous and kept us up to date on the repair process as it occurred. Two thumbs up for Gerber Anthem and the quality of their body work.

Trust. Trust is important when dealing with a body or auto shop. We are new to Anthem, and I didn't know who to trust my wife's Grand Cherokee, Summit Edition to. She likes this car more than she likes me, and I was the one who dented it, so I really need to get it repaired by a company I could trust. I TRUST Gerber Collision & Glass in Anthem after using them for the repair. Jeff K. wrote the estimate. He called around to find the most affordable, quality new parts. He did this on speaker-phone and I could hear the prices, quotes and the rapport he had with his suppliers. The way they were talking to him, it was clear he has treated them fairly and I got the sense he was going to be fair with me. He was. He communicated throughout the whole process and even sent pictures as the project unfolded. This guy is at the top of his ... profession. I could have found 100 shops in the Phoenix metro area that could have done the repair. I wanted more than just a quick, cheap repair. I wanted a repair that was superbly done at a fair and reasonable price. Gerber did just that. I found an auto body repair company I could trust to be honest, fair, professional and do excellent work. I highly wreck-ommend Gerber Collision and Glass in Anthem. read more

Fantastic service, and an unbelievably fast return of my vehicle. Turned it in Tuesday morning and got it back Friday afternoon after repairing the rear clip and repainting (plus replacing the missing Cargo Net hooks:-). Everyone I interacted with there from the front desk, to the General Manager were great to work with and they all know how to take care of a customer . Many thanks for what I consider going above and beyond!
