It is my pleasure to send out kudos to two of your employees. Jerry Castellano provided me with quick service and true professionalism. He made a usually uncomfortable situation into a positive one with simple explanations and and a real can do approach. The second employee I had the pleasure of meeting was Stephanie Romo. Her check out for me was alleviated by letting me qualify for a discount from Enterprise Rentals that I qualified for, but didn't know about. Two class acts that I appreciated very much. GERBER COLLISION WAS REALLY GREAT. THEY WORKED ON MY CAR AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY. THE COSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CALLED ME TO GIVE ME UPDATES ON THE PROGRESS OF MY CAR. I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THEY DID TO FIX MY CAR AND THEY MADE IT REALLY EASY FOR ME.
