"Your service was very very excellent! Fast, and of the highest quality.The staff is very friendly and helpful, couldn't have been better! With an organizational "flow" I can see why the service was so good! But, what really impressed me, and I came back to tip the detail-er(s) of my 2007 Matrix, was the quality and perfection that my car was detailed/cleaned on the inside. I always have kept my cars clean as new and my standards are high for myself because I like perfection...but I haven't been as good about detailing my car in recent years, So I would say that the car was detailed to my standards.....which is better than any car-wash shop has ever done. I don't waste my money there anyway. So, I couldn't have been happier with your business, and will return when the occasion arises again!!"

I experienced outstanding service throughout the process with Gerber. From the courteous front desk lady through to the technician that took my Buick under his wing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call from Mr. McCoullum the day after I left my vechicle in his care with a project update. In past experiences with other Collision repair provider that never happened. Mr. McCoullum assured me that the vehicle parts required where on hand and that I could expect my car back the next day. Good to his word the car was ready as promised and in perfect restoration. The paint was the best I've ever seen and the car looked like it had never been driven. An added service included was a complete cleaning of the car: inside-out. I mean I just could not be happier. I highly recommend the company without any qualificatioin. I'm really pleased with the service that I received here at Gerber. The staff is very professional and knowlegeable. Especially the paint technician. He was able to give me step by step understanding of the process that my vehicle went through. I'm pleased with the paint color as it reflects a real professional eye for detail.
