My Service Guy, Wayne McCollum, kept me fully apprised of what was happening every step of the way with many phone calls and fully explained the whole process.. Hopefully, I won't need your servcie again but if I do, I will return with complete confidence.

Service was outstanding!, My vehicle looks great. They took the time to detail the engine and the rest of my CRV. This is my second time using Gerber collision and Im just as impressed as the first time. I would recomend this shop to anybody needing collision work.

This was best the experience I ever had with an auto body repair shop. I had rear end damage to my 2008 Jeep Gran Cherokee and they fixed it so you would never know it was rear ended. They not only fixed it to look like new but they also washed and detailed my car so it looked like it just rolled out of the showroom. The body was shinning, the tires was shinning and they even vacuumed the interior. The employees at Gerber walk around with smiles on their faces and go the extra mile to make you happy. They arranged a rental car for me, explained the repair work to be done and gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands. I want to especially thank Wayne for his expertise in making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Gerber with a rating of five stars.

I greatly appreciate the honest work that was done for my car on 8/28. I had shopped around for a replacement for the bumper on my car and the dealer would only provide a new unpainted bumper which of course they would have to paint and install. The junk yards did not have any available for the make and model of the car for that year. Gerber was able to remount original bumper back on and charge me a fair price to do it.
