Loved the way my car looked after the repair!!! Even though my car in particular was sun damaged on the paint, they looked at my car as if it was a new one! I appreciated that. Excellent Customer service. Informed me of the progress as stated on Tuesday and Thursday. Will go back to do a complete paint and body job in the future. Will recommend this place to Friends & Family.

Miss Olson was professional and very competent she found something wrong I had not seen from the woman who hit my truck, she also did her job well and helped get my truck repaired in time so I could get it home on Friday. She explained everything very well to me and repeated it when I asked because it was all quite overwhelming to me. My truck looks great and I am impressed with a lifetime warranty! The repair looks great and my bumper looks great, paint job clear coat great and tailgate shuts tight now, very good. I recommend them. Also it was only 5 minutes from my place thanks to USAA insurance lady on the ball with that and USAA paid for it all from the libel lady so I did not have to pay, I was amazed how everything went so smoothly from prelim estimate to usaa and it all got paid quickly so the lady who hit my truck insurance paid. ... KENT FRANCIS AND HIS TEAM DID A GREAT JOB.....THEY ALSO AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.....MY 2012 TRUCK CAME FROM MIDWAY COLLISION, HE HAD TO RE-DO ALL THE WORK THAT THEY TRIED TO DO AND FOUND MORE REPAIRS THAT WERE NEEDED......I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER SHOP TO BRING MY TRUCK TOO...........

Customer pay reapir: I had my right rear quarter panel repainted by Gerber and it looks like new. The price was reasonable and the service was phenominal! Ain is a knowledgeable and curtious as well as a very proffessional part of the staff. Thank you for the fantastic experience!
