Erik Zandier, the estimator that assisted me, represented Gerber in a very courteous and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make certain that my repair was done quickly and at the lowest cost to me. I appreciated getting a ride from Jose to and from work in order for me to leave my car at the shop all day for the work to be done. I had the estimate done on Monday, and the work was completed in entirety on Tuesday. The fast turn around was very much appreciated so I did not have to rent a car. Thanks to the receptionist who made a coupon available to me. Because of the great work by the guys in the shop, my car looks as good as new. I was pleased at how clean my car was inside and out when I picked it up. This was my second time doing business at this location. When I mentioned an issue I was having with a headlamp from my ... service two years ago, Erik offered to dig out my old records to see if the part might have a lifetime guarantee. I was very impressed with the way my vehicle looked. The repairs on the doors turned out great, they even buffed out a few scratches that were not part of the job. Mayra kept me updated the whole time. I would recomend Gerber to any body who needed work. If I ever need body repairs in the future I will come back. Thanks to the team at Gerber great job!

Their attention to details, quick turn-around, and customer service set the precedent for how it ought to be everywhere.
