This is the first time I've ever repaired my vehicle and I LOVED IT! Gerber Collision did a GREAT job with my vehicle. Geico Insurance referred me to them and I cant thank them enough. Viviana did a great job answering my questions and getting me the help I needed. Then Alfie took care of all my concerns and went above my expectations. Without a doubt, I loved the repairs and would reccomend Gerber Collision to all my freinds!

I had a collision with my baby, my Mercedes ML320, and from the moment I walked into the Gerber repair facility I knew that all was going to be just fine. It seemed as if my estimator, Jerry Castellano felt my pain and heartache over the damages that my baby had endured. I knew she was in good hands with Jerry in charge. Mr. Castellano phoned me every Tuesday and Thursday to advise me on the progression of the repairs. I felt as if a surgeon was advising me of the step by step progress the patient (my Cedes) was enduring and what was still to come. When I received the final phone call that all was finished and I could come pick her up, he was waiting for my arrival. We took a walk around the vehicle and at the same time he was explaining in great detail what all had to be done, what parts were OEM, Used, and Reman. The care was beautiful. ... Alfie and everyone at Gerber was fantastic to work with, and they had my van fixed ahead of schedule as well.I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. The facility is always very clean and the receptionist is friendly and welcoming.

I cannot begin to tell you how please I am with my service and the outcome of my car repair. Everyone was curteous and because this was a out of pocket repair the price was in my buget, but no budget job. I could not be happier with the service. My car was done when they said it would be done. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends.
