I cannot begin to tell you how please I am with my service and the outcome of my car repair. Everyone was curteous and because this was a out of pocket repair the price was in my buget, but no budget job. I could not be happier with the service. My car was done when they said it would be done. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends.

I recently had a issue with my vehicle, collision damage, theft of the radio, etc. My insurance company recommended Gerber. With a little nervousness i agreed to send it there. The very first day after i dropped it off, i got a call from Wayne McCollum who informed me about the timeline and process for my repairs. The date of delivery he gave me was November 22. THIS HAS BY FAR BEEN THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD. Every single day Wayne called me just to inform me of the progress, which i was very nervous about. My truck was finished on the day he promised me and it was immaculate, they even took extra time to wash my vehicle and clean the inside as well.When i went to pick it up, the lobby was nice and clean, and Viviana Paco pleasantly greeted me like she was expecting me. She then smiled and called ... Wayne out who then showed me my vehicle and asked after each item if i was satisfied. Viviana had my packet ready to go when we walked back inside and in 3 minutes I was on my way. You guys really have a good operation going and every staff member i encountered showed pride in their work, and the cleanliness of the shop was impressive. The customer service at Gerber was great during the entire time they were working with my car. The manager Ian was in direct contact with me during multiple issues that I had with my vehicle. I had to bring the car back a second time to have a few more things fixed and Gerber was very professional and involved in getting my car fixed as quickly as possible. The techs that I talked with were very corteus when working with me and described in detail the work that they did on my car. Overall, I have had a great experience working with the Gerber Collision Staff here in Tucson.
