Are you kidding???? The whole staff DESERVES not just a 10,15 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came in for what I considered was a simple job for Gerber. I used them before & was already sold on giving Gerber the job. I left with my Caddy and got into a car accident! I came back 90 minutes later and everyone was so surprised why I came back so soon. I worked with Chris, who more then efficiently, "took care of me!". He did things for me that no other Collision shop would do for me. Chris gave me great service without even knowing who I was. The estimator, Jennifer, and office staff, Mayra, were very helpful both when we brought the vehicle in and when we picked it up. I was shown the vehicle after work was done and very impressed with the quality of the repairs and the paint job. I would certainly highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of body work on their vehicle.

Service at Gerber was friendly. USAA took a while to process the claim, but the good thing was that Gerber continued with the repairs regardless.
