Amazing service in every way! Skilled, quick estimate while I waited. Scheduled in for repairs the following week while parts were ordered. Superb communication between Gerber and USAA insurance -- minimized my involvement. Vehicle expertly repaired sooner than expected and returned looking like new. I couldn't be happier even though being rear ended wasn't fun. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!

Over the years nothing but great service, I've been at the Palo Verde location 3 times before and each time dealt with Mr Alfie and to my surprise he greeted me at the Travel location which happens to now be closer to my home. I wouldn't take it anywhere else all the people are great and I would most definitely recommend.

She was even able to get me my car before the time they told me it would be done by. Which was perfect timing because my son is visiting me. I was very impressed with the service at Gerber. Chris R went above and beyond what was necessary which will definitely make me want to come back. When he brought my car around, he said that he could get out some of the little spots on my car with a mini buffer that he recently bought. He spent about 15 minutes getting out scuffs on my car. He was so nice about it and I'm very pleased that he did it!

Gerber, Please be advised that my wife's car was run into twice during the holiday season. You can imagine that I was not very happy and my insurance company did not move t the speed of light.MY experience improved once I got to Gerber. I met Eric and explained my issues and that I needed the car by January 3rd so that my daughter could go to college in San Diego. Eric worked hard to accomplish my time requirements and my car was finished early. Eric is very professional and responsive. I am pleased to be a reference for Gerber Chuck

We always use gerber for any type of repair need to any of our vehicles. They are friendly and seem to always get the job done before expected. If anyone ask where to take their vehicle in for repair I also tell them to take it to gerber.
