I want to compliment the staff on great customer service. It was unfortunate that I had to do business with Gerber but I am pleased with the entire process. The lady at the front desk was very plesant and welcoming. Darwin was very informative and helpful. The Geico Rep was helpful as well. The young man whose name I believe was Chris, was excellent. He was very thorough with the repairs done to my car and even helped fix my alarm. Thanks to all the Gerber staff.

The staff was very cooperative and friendly. For my car recently which is a vandalism incident, i got a very good service within the specified time. I also got ride to from my work location to drop and pickup my car.

The service I received was excelent. I was well informed through the entire process about what was going on with my vehicle. I had no surprise charges or unexpected issues. All the people involved were friendly and professional. With the exception of the accident itself and of course having to pay I enjoyed the whole process.

I felt like the service was very good. It took a little longer than i would have liked, but i understand the complexity putting a car back together and if can be difficult. I just want the car to be put back together correctly so that it is back to the way it was prior to the accident, as close as possable. Thanks for working with me on the parts and doing such good work.

Gerber staff, Jennifer & Ian, were excellent in providing me regular updates on the insurance approvals for repairs and updates on the actual progress of the work. Upon inspection of the completed work, I was extremly happy and satisfied with the results. The car looks great! The front desk help/service was aalso excellent. Thank you.
