The experience was great. I used to go the Gerber in Mesa and when I needed collision repair I was glad to see there was a Gerber in Glendale. Kent was great. He got me in immediately for an inspection and then I was able to drop the truck off the next Monday for repair. He approximated it would take about a week. They kept me informed through text messages and daily update phone calls. There was a couple brackets that came in a bit later then expected so I had to pick up the truck on Saturday instead of Friday. No problem because I was informed at every step of the way. When I went to pick up the truck, Kent went through the Final Report with me in detail so I could understand all the work that was done on the truck. The full detail was a very nice touch as well.
