The drop off was very easy.I was greeted nicely and promptly. I would suggest more communication on the status. I would of liked if they wrote down my issues and then addressed them to me rather than me pointing them out. However, I was surprised that in the end result the car auto repair and paint was superior. The color match was perfect and the painter first rate. They made every effort to correct the problems in a very timely manner. The pick up was very easy and they returned my rental car for me. I do appreciate service. I drive a Mercedes for that reason and I would go back again for collison damage.

Everyone there was very nice and my car looks like new. Our attendant was Jeff and he was very professional and met all his deadlines. I work for an attorney and have to deal with and recommend body shops all the time and I will definiitely recommend Gerber.

Excellent service. Job was completed much quicker than expected, customer service was excellent and personable, rental car was almost no wait time, drop off and pick was very easy. The work was impecable. Office and personnel very clean, upbeat and professional. Would recommen to anyone.

My vehicle looks great! Very speedy repair. They only had my vehicle for half a day and then brought it to my work. They also took care of some scratches that were not part of the damage. I would use Gerber agian if needed.
