Hi Gerber: I had the most fabulous experience here at Gerber. Myra was one of the most helpful people here as was Jen and Jacques! They all went over and above with the actual services and work on my car as with customer service!! I really appreciate everyone being so accomidating to my schedule and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience but make certain that I will be back as will my friends and family!! Super thanks for everything!

I have encountered very friendly staff in all the times that I have brought my car to get repaired. I have been here a couple times and I appreciate all the consistent communication from the staff and the accountability they take in their work. I would gladly return to get my car repaired if needed.

The drop off was very easy.I was greeted nicely and promptly. I would suggest more communication on the status. I would of liked if they wrote down my issues and then addressed them to me rather than me pointing them out. However, I was surprised that in the end result the car auto repair and paint was superior. The color match was perfect and the painter first rate. They made every effort to correct the problems in a very timely manner. The pick up was very easy and they returned my rental car for me. I do appreciate service. I drive a Mercedes for that reason and I would go back again for collison damage.
