I was very satisfied with the customer service while i was getting my car fixed.Gerber kept in contact every couple of days in order to let me know exactly where they were in the repair process. It was very helpful and I would highly reccomend them to anyone else.

They contacted me every few days with either a text or email updating me on my car, what was going on, when it would be fixed etc. The communication was great and I truly value a company in this day and age who communications with their customer and doesnt make the customer feel like a "pain". I was highly impressed with the outstanding professionalism and customer service General Manager, Megan O., and her team provided me with. From the moment I brought my car by for initial paperwork to picking up my car after repairs, I was impressed and would recommend anyone to see Megan and her team. I appreciate the true professionalism of this team, as it very rare and hard to find that quality in any business anymore. The Gerber team on Lakeside Parkway completed the repairs on my vehicle on time, proved to provide exceptional work on my vehicle (they even washed and detailed my beautiful car for me!), provided me with complete and accurate information and communicated with me the entire duration of the process. They resolved a stressful situation for me with ease and professionalism.

Great service. Left car at Gerber on Thursday and by friday night it was finished. A representative from Gerber came out to check the car with me after the collision work was done. He answered all of my questions and was very courteous. Work done was fantastic. Could not see where the damage was after the repair. Car was detailed and shiny when I picked it up. Thanks Gerber

Everyone at this location was very courteous and they fixed my car in one day! I was shocked. It looks great, good as new. They even washed it inside and out, I was shocked and I felt bad because it was very dirty when I dropped it off. I was very impressed with Gerber Collision. I would definitely recommend them.
