You answered all of her questions, repaired her car, and it now looks and rides better than it did before. I am impressed with your automobile and repair shop . Kylene and the rest of the team was instrumental in ensuring that the vehicle was repaired in a timely satisfactory way, and that we were aware of any and all changes to the schedule of repairs and the schedule to pick it up. The staff there was diligent on scheduling and communication. Vanessa T. was also very pleasant and kept me informed. I am very happy with the experience.

From the time I called, she had the answers to what was going on with my vehicle.She left me with not only a schedule of when it would be done, but also when the estimate had been done and the status of the parts for the vehicle.I am impressed with her professionalism, ability to answer and and all questions with respect to my vehicle including what some of the insurance would cover.The insurance agent called right after I talked to Kylene. We had a great experience with Gerber Collision. We dropped off our vehicle on Tuesday and it was ready the next day. We had worked with other collision places that gave us the run around for months. Gerber was the fourth place we called. Gerber took care of the process so fast. Truly impressed and thankful to have our vehicle done so efficiently.

We were blown away with the speed and quality service we received on our vehicle. The last time we had repairs done somewhere else...it took several days while they waited on parts before they started work. It took several days more to get the work done. David and the team at Gerber are outstanding. They had our vehicle completed fast. I will come here again for all of my future work.

Gerber did a very good job. Ricardo and David kept in touch to keep me informed with the progress. Waiting on parts from China took some time but Gerber was efficient.
