I have given this experience a five star rating just as I have with my past experiences dealing with Gerber. They do excellent work and I have used their services with or without an insurance claim. I especially want to make mention that Javonne made this a pleasant experience, she handled everything for me and constantly kept up informed with updates as the work was being performed. Excellent service and very quick time frame for repairs. Gerber even provided a rental at no cost to me, while my vehicle was in for repairs. This is the third time I have used Gerber, and will again if the need comes up.

The estimator assigned to my claim was Jeffrey Krouse and he was amazing. He made it a point to contact me twice a week to update me on the progress of my claim. The work that was done on my truck was beautiful. I must say that this was one of the best recommendations I have ever received and I will be sure to pass it on.

The place is clean with helpful friendly people. Estimator, Javonne K., was very experienced & friendly. She kept me informed throughout the progress of my vehicle. A bonus to have a driver available to transport to & from facility. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Gerber.
