Jennifer at Gerber was amazing! She was in constant communication with me regarding the status of our car. She was also easy to contact whenever I had a question. The reception area was alsovery friendly and quickly made us feel as if we were important to them. I will be recommending Gerber to many.

The service was absolutely above and beyond. Everyone was curious and very in tune with customer service. General manager (Alfie P) was very concerned that we were satisfied with our vehicle and the repairs were done correctly. Upon having an issue with our AC after repairs he agreed to look at vehicle to make sure it was not related to accident. He flushed refueled our AC at no charge. Who does that? Not to many. I highly recommend Gerber if you want your vehicle fixed correctly with the highest customer service!

Very impressed with quality of service. Car came back in better shape than delivered even for areas not part of the repair. Appreciated the routine status of the repair and not being left in the dark like some repair shops. Car returned prior to promised date as well. Gerber Collision had the privilege of repairing my beautiful car not once but twice within about a 6-8 week period after 2 different people hit my parked car. On both occasions, their service was timely, professional, courteous and respectful. My car was delivered on time and looked as good as new. I would highly recommend the Gerber team!
