Jeff K. and everyone else was very helpful. The vehicle was a 1998 Deville D'elegance Cadillac. He found all the needed parts and made it look like new! Jeff always kept us informed of the progress and was very professional.

Gerber provided exceptional customer service. Jennifer did a great job keeping me infomed before, while, and after my vechile was worked on. The repairs on my vehicle look great and were done within a few days. They go above and beyond to satisfy customers.

Service was quick and the employees were very helpful/knowledgeable about the process, and no unforseen problems as the office personnel took care of everything. Repair was completed before the estimated return date by almost a week and everyone that I encountered was friendly and smiling. Great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Alfie, on first visit, was kind & soft spoken knowing I was not at my best. He understood what needed to be done & did everything he could to assure me my car was in good hands. Luis sat w/me & explained the process to me. He told me he would be calling periodically to give me updates on the progress of the repairs. He kept his word & I felt like they really cared about me. He, like Alfie, reassured me that the car would not leave there w/o being in perfect condition above & under the hood. When I went today to pick the car up, Alfie immediately came outside & went over all they did. I was extremely impressed, again, w/his manner of speaking to me & then Luis joined us & we all went over the car. It was absolutely beautiful!!!
