After a road trip I couldn't open the back door of my 2006 RAV4. There is no visible inside release. Alex offered to have his staff attempt to remove the inside door cover to diagnose the problem. Fortunately they were successful and discovered a small piece of plastic that was blocking the lock release. What might have been a $500 door replacement was instead a 15-minute fix. Honesty, integrity and problem solving is hard to find these days. Alex C. is exceptional in providing that kind of customer service. It's a pleasure to give Alex and his business 5 Stars and to refer him.

Dave the general manager at Gerber Collision & Glass took good care of me. He repaired the side bumper on my car and fixed my headlight. His work was very efficient, professional, and timely. What stood out the most about Dave was that he was kind, friendly, and showed great integrity and passion about his work! Steve L. was the person I dealt with and was very understanding that I needed him to remove his COVID-19 mask due to my hearing impairment so I could read his lips and I was very satisfied with that and the service I got. I also appreciated the e-mails on the progress of the repairs. I would use this place every time!!! They did a great job on our car. Not only the outside but the inside too.
