The staff at the Gilbert location was great! They made it easy and hassle free to get my car fixed. The only minor negative was that they mentioned they'd provide updates during the process, but I didn't receive any. They informed me once service was completed that they were testing out their texting program, which should've provided me updates, but unfortunately they somehow didn't transmit to me. Both Donnya and Corey were very courteous and provided really great customer service.

Mayra G. the front dest receptionist, is polite and a great representative of Gerber. When she called she was articulate, answered all my questions correctly, and was helpful. Mayra's sweet demeanor was pleasant to deal with when I came in with tons of pain, and a wrecked vehicle. I also dealt with Jennifer R. She was a wonderful estimator! She was so friendly and helpful through the whole grueling process. No one wants to be in a car accident but...if you do get into one, she is the lady to handle it. My car looks beautiful. I am one happy customer. I feel so blessed to have been referred to Gerber on Palo Verde. Whomever is in charge of hiring here, does a great job! Thank you Gerber and, and the body shop folks behind the scenes for making my bumber beautiful again. Thank you again to Mayra, and Jennifer for being so good to me!
