Such an excellent job that 2 friends unaware of damaged area were unable to determine where on the car the work was performed. Scott performed a thorough and informative intake and Alfie answered my questions after the procedure well. Overall, I was very pleased and have already referred one of my neighbors to Gerber. The staff at the Gilbert location was great! They made it easy and hassle free to get my car fixed. The only minor negative was that they mentioned they'd provide updates during the process, but I didn't receive any. They informed me once service was completed that they were testing out their texting program, which should've provided me updates, but unfortunately they somehow didn't transmit to me. Both Donnya and Corey were very courteous and provided really great customer service.
