At first Gerber would not give updates as promised. It was very frustrating. Once I called a few times Jennifer and the other lady were very good at calling with updates. I totally appreciate that the very was completed much sooner than the estimate of October 1, 2014. Thank you for doing a beautiful job on the car. I really appreciate the lifetime warranty.
