Gerber serviced my car from a hit and run. I was very upset that this happened, and I knew that it would be a process to take care of. My insurance took care of finding a repair shop; Luckily, they chose Gerber. From the start, the General Manager, Jordan, called me to let me know they had received my car and the next steps. He also mentioned to me that they would follow up with me on the progress of repair. This team really did stick to their word. They called me for any update and before letting me go , they made sure I didn't have any questions. This was so awesome. Their service far exceeded my expectations. When I received my car back, it looked like nothing ever happened; even a little better. Thank you to this team for you service. Much appreciated.

Gerber kept me informed through the whole process and made working with my insurance company easy. I was amazed how great my jeep looked when I went back to get it. Now I just need to paint the rest of it, the part Gerber repaired looks brand new and the rest looks so old. If I ever need body shop work again I will definitely be using Gerber.

I recently had to have a fender repaired on my Honda Pilot. Tyler S., the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. He recommended that we replace the fender and gave me a written estimate. He called and said the fender was in. I took the car in on Tuesday and the job was done on Wednesday. The repairs were perfect and Tyler personally reviewed them with me. Because of the excellent service and professional treatment by Tyler and his staff I can highly recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family.
