Once again, I am so greatly overwhelmed at the service I have received at Gerber Collision in Yuma, AZ. Last winter, I had a Toyota Highlander that needed a lot of work done. Gerber rolled up their sleeves and gave my vehicle the much needed help it needed and got me rolling back to New York with no problems. I live in New York, and because of all the rock salt damage the winters had done to the underbelly of the vehicle, I decided to trade the car in after 217,000 miles for a new Nissan Versa Note. Much smaller vehicle but much better for my needs. I came back to Yuma this September as a Seasonal RN at the hospital driving my new car, pretty darn sure I would not be needing repair services for the car for many years. I was totally mistaken! I was rear-ended and had extensive damage done to my new car! It was the other fella's fault, so ... coverage on repairs would be no problem. But here is where the extraordinary service at Gerber Collision comes in. I was having trouble getting the car towed to the shop as the insurance company of the other driver kept delaying the process and told me that I would need to keep my car parked at the gas station that I was waiting at over night. Absolutely not an option! I called Betty at Gerber Collision and she said, "Lisa, sit tight, I will have a tow for you in the next 20 minutes." True to her word, their tow truck was there in 15! I was so happy! Long story longer, Gerber got right to work on getting the estimate to the insurance company and began work immediately. Jordan and Adam had continued to keep me up to date with all of the progress, and have called me just to check if I am doing okay after the accident. When I was not 100% pleased with the rental car that the insurance company provided, Jordan personally emailed the rental business to ask for a better fit for me as soon as they had one. I got it the next day! I am so pleased, and I am saying from the bottom of my heart that I am truly blessed to have a business like Gerber who is truly concerned about the customer. I am their priority and I KNOW that! Jordan, Adam and Betty, along with their whole service crew take the time to get to know me on a "friend" level, and make sure that I am safe, happy, and secure as well as being very informed every step of the way. I even called the insurance company that is paying for this to let them know that they need to be sure to refer any accident claims over to Gerber, as they are the top notch company all the way around! read more
