in this day and age integrity when having an automotive in a shop is the most important thing ever, insuring the safety of myself, my family and all on the road at the same time. Gerber has an employee, a Josh H. that has my highest respect for integrity, ability and truly making me know he treated me like he would a beloved family member of his own. I come from 20 years in the aerospace industry. You can't pull over in the sky. Keep it up Gerber and do anything you can to keep Josh H.

I want to give a high recommendation to Charlie A. I came in after trying to book an appointment online. I was told by the receptionist that I would have to book an appointment which was frustrating considering I did this online and never received a call (The receptionist was doing her job and following the protocol, I believe set into place). Regardless, Charlie must of overheard the conversation and frustration and took upon himself to set aside what he was doing and do an estimate on my vehicle. This guy is a true asset to your organization and I appreciate him stepping up and providing superior customer service. He actually gave me 2 estimates and took the time to explain. I have had a past experince with Gerber and found their work to be above average. I have taken my car to have work performed at other body shop where the deal send their cars and where the insurance guided me to and ended up have to have the work redone. I feel Gerbers standard are much higer and their work shows it. I would recommand them to anyone who is have work on the car performed.
