The process and everything was great. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to give me updates on my vehicle when I needed them. They gave me original timelines on how long it would take, and then kept in the loop along the way, which was really nice. They looked over the vehicle with me before when I dropped it off and again after I picked it up to make sure everything was good. The repair job looks extremely well done and I felt that they really did a thorough job looking at everything and fixing everything that needed fixed. It was also easy to get a rental car, and Enterprise picked me up at the office and I was able to leave the car there when I picked up my finished vehicle.

My vehicle is currently in the shop in Casa Grande. This is my fifth visit to the shop for collision repair in the last 8 years. In my defense I'm not a bad driver several of them were collisions not caused by me but by other drivers and or my stepchildren ??. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the repairs that have been done over the years and the service I have received. Jenny has been handling my vehicles even prior to Gerber being the owner. She was there when it was still Brighton Collision. She has made all of these events in my life a little less stressful. I wholeheartedly trust my vehicles with her and her crew. Most recently I've also been dealing with Madison and she has been wonderful and professional. I am beyond grateful that I know if I ever need their service they are there. They are friendly, caring, ... professional and responsible with my vehicles. Cash the body repair technician did a very good job. The car was fixed quickly and professionally. We would rate them all as a 10+++ (20 if it was on the scale). Very satisfied with work. We would use them again of needed and highly recommend their establishment

My recent experience with State Farm and Gerber Collision & Glass was trouble free. The repairs were made within the projected time frame. Communication was excellent! And this is my second encounter with Gerber . Both exceeded my expectations.
