I took my 2022 Honda Insight Hybrid in for repair after sheetrock hit me on the interstate. The whole team there is very helpful and answered all my questions. Very nice job on the repairs! They kept me posted via text. This was a great way to communicate throughout the time they had my car. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision on Broadway in Mesa!

Great people and service, Great work, done in a decent time got it back a bit sooner than I thought. Brought it in for some accident damage covered by Geico whom covered the person who hit me I have Progressive for my coverage. Geico had Enterprise supply my rental which was also great people and service nice car.

My car was hit while parked out front of my house. Once Gerber Collision received my car they were fantastic with texting and calling about updates throughout the process. Once my car was taken apart from repair, they found prior damage (which I was unaware about as I bought the car used). Gerber Collision was great about communicating with both myself and my insurance company. In the end, Jose explained to me that my care was not previously repaired correctly and it is not safe to drive. While this was hard to hear, I appreciated the honest review. I may be down a car, but a life is way more important. While my car was totaled by my insurance, I have to give much thanks and appreciation for the integrity given by the staff at Gerber. If you look for honesty, this is the place to go.

John looked after me. I was afraid the adjuster would total my car. It's a '98 Toyota Camry I bought new. I have taken excellent care of it. Just put $3K into it. It has 107k miles. Every mechanic that has worked on it tells me not to get rid of it. In 25 years other than regular maintenance, repairs have cost $7K. Besides being a great car, I couldn't buy another one. It was close but John made it work. John had already gone above what you get today, he delivered my car to my home! If you want excellent workmanship, my car looks new, service without compare, chose Gerber's on Hampton Ave., Mesa. Thank you so much. I appreciate all that you did for me!
