In September 2014, I drove from Atlanta to visit my daughter in Phoenix, and then continue to California to get my son set up in college. While there, I needed to get my son's car repaired from an accident. USAA directed us to Gerber Collision in Glendale, AZ. By far, this was the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced from a business of any kind. Kent Francis was fabulous! Kent called us or sent a text daily to update us on the progress of the repair. He was honest, forthright and just a pleasure to work with! The car looked like new when we picked it up, and I know they went above and beyond what the necessary body work was by buffing out little scratches on the car. The office stuff was really helpful and friendly. Everything went very smooth with no problems . Lucy in the office was very nice. Byron also took very good care of my case. Thank you guys keep up this positive attitude. The drive to this exect location (1 hr drive from where I live) was worth it.

Customer Service personnel were polite and helpful. The inspector was thorough with inspection and explanation.Car looks good with one minor adjustment needed.

I brought my car to Gerber on a reccommendation from my insurance company. I was given an appointment time (which was great) and they had the rental car company pick me up once I got here. Once work was started on my car there was further damage found inside the bumper (which my insurance company told me was likely to happen). Gerber took care of getting the appraiser out quickly, handled everything with the insurance company and got my car back to me quicker than I expected. I hope to not need this type of service in the future but if I do I will absolutely come back to Gerber. Thanks for a great experience.

I really appreciated the customer service I recieved at Gerbers. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed all the time. There was a problem with where my car was initially towed to and Gerber really helped out with the situation. I would recommend Gerber to anyone that needs body or glass work.

"Credit should be given where Credit is due" is not practiced enough in my corporations today. Brian K. was very polite, communicative, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went well above and beyond the call of duty. We felt very confident and comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Brian is a Valuable asset to your corporation! Communication was good through out the process. They kept me informed and up to date on the status of my vehicle. Difficult to comment on the quality of the repair as it was raining outside when I picked up my vehicle. I will have a better on idea on the quality after I wash the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and detailed when I picked it up. I would recommend Gerber based upon my experience.

Jennifer was exceptional. From answering all my questions to consistently getting back to me in a timely manner, she embodied outstanding customer service. She and I just examined my car, and as far as I can see, the staff did an excellent job of repairing it. Should the mechanic's work come undone or it become apparent that a needed repair was not adequately addressed, I'll be sure to give Geber another call. But again, as of sitting down to type this review, I have nothing but high praise for Geber and its staff. P.S. Give Jennifer a raise!!
