JEFF AND THE G.M. WAS VERY,VERY HELPFULL WITH EXPLAINING THEIR PROCEDURES. THEY CALLED TWICE. AND KEPT ME INFORMED ON THE PROGRESS OF THE REPAIRS. WHEN CAR WAS FINISHED, I VERY CAREFULLY CHECKED THE FINISHED JOB IT WAS PERFECT,AND LOOKED BRAND NEW THE DEALER DID SOME PAINTWORK ON IT 3 YRS. AGO. GERBER'S PAINT MATCHED ORIGINAL MUCH BETTER THAN THE DEALER DID. I WILL RECCOMEND GERBER TO EVERONE I TALK TO.

Charlie was awesome he helped us right from the start. He kept in touch with me after getting in a car crash. He explained to us what to do with the insurance to get the car started and did an amazing job on the car! Would definitely recommend him he was very helpful!!!

Top notch service from start to finish. My vehicle was done an entire day earlier than expected. It looked better than the day the dealer delivered it to me. A huge thank you to Donya for driving me over to the rental facility when they could not be bothered to pick me up. Will use this facility again without question.
