A wonderful experience! Through all the frustration and inconvenience of having an accident, these people were just great and kept me informed almost daily. I have never experienced service like this before. From the first day when the manager assisted me in making sure my car was safe to drive until the day I picked up my car from Mr. Krouse, the estimator, I received first class care. AND MY CAR WAS READY DAYS BEFORE THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. Gerber will be my "go to" place and will certainly be recommended to my family and friends. THANK YOU!

Jeff K. and the crew did a beautiful job on Reuben's car. I was pleased that I was kept aware of progress throughout, either by text message or by phone call. Everyone was friendly and courteous and Jeff took care of a couple of unrelated minor repairs that I asked him about.
