We brought our Chevy Silverado in due to damage we got from a tire blow out. Gerber Collision in Yuma, did a awesome job and our truck looks fantastic!!! The staff were all polite and professional and I felt cared about our vehicle and us during this process...I would highly recommend them to any of my family, friends or anyone I knew that needed their type of services!!! Though I rarely write reviews, I am most happy to do so with this Gerber store. My 2011 Honda CR-V had an electrical problem, and John, the GM, was willing to research and find the part that fixed my car! It's a lovely office with a kind office manager, Annette. It wasn't my first rodeo here, and I remember a pleasant experience years ago, as well. So, the service remains consistent! Highly recommend. Thank you!

I messed up my driver's side mirror but the other repair shops said they were booked out two weeks and wouldn't even look at my car. So I was on the way home and remembered that Gerber Collision had opened up a shop close to my house. So I stopped there on a spur of the moment. They gave me a fair estimate and I had them order the part that day. A couple of days later the part was in and they fixed it in 15 minutes! And the price was exactly what they said; no hidden fees! I was super impressed with both their speedy service and their friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if necessary!

I had the very best experience at the Anthem location, both with the front office and the body shop staff. My car looks as good as new and was ready when they estimated it would be. All those pesky details with my insurance and rental car were taken care of by the wonderful lady (I think her name was Martha, not sure) on the front desk. I didn't have to worry about anything, she took care of it all. I hope my car never needs bodywork again but if it does I wouldn't think of going anywhere but Gerbers. Totally recommend them.

Without a question, the best experience I have ever had when I needed to get repairs done to my wife's 2019 Lexus ES350 car. Making an appointment to bring the car in for an estimate was quick and easy as was Gerber's prompt contact with my insurance company, resulting in my being able to get a very quick date to bring in the car for the actual repairs. When I dropped off my car at Gerber they immediately drove me over to Enterprise to pick up the rental car, which was waiting for me and which was extremely easy to get into the rental and get back on the road. Every one of the Gerber employees was not only very pleasant but, also, extremely knowledgeable as to what had to be done and when it would be done. Finally, I just picked up my car yesterday and the work done was perfect; absolutely no indication that any work had been done to the ... car. In fact, there were actually 2 other minor repairs that was not noticed when I originally dropped off the car at Gerber and, rather than adding the small charge involved, it was repaired and replaced at no charge. Kudos to Chrissy, Alan and Mike( the Manager who also checked everything out to make sure that I was satisfied.
