The entire process could not possibly have gone any smoother than it did at Gerber collision. The ladies who checked me in and after the repairs were done, checked me out were incredibly friendly and helpful. My service technician mow was fantastic. Exceptional professionalism, and tremendously good work.

The customer service and quality of the work done on my Lexus was excellent. Christian G was the Estimator who kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Unfortunately, the person doing the work on my car became sick and instead of 4 days to complete the job it took another 5 days. This was not an insurance claim so I was paying for a car rental. Christian explained this to his manager and they agreed to pick up the cost for the additional days. Actually when I returned the rental I was told that Gerber had paid for all but one day. I would highly recommend Gerber.

The service with Staff was Awesome. John was so willing to meet me early to view my vehicle so I could get to work on time. As soon as State Farm turned in my claim, I was contacted immediatley by Kayla and she handled all the questions I had. The staff at the reception desk was so friendly, quick service becasue there were several people in line, I only waited about 5 minutes. They called Enterprise Rental to pick me up. When My car was completed, they called Enterprise again to come and retrieve the rental. This saved me so much time. They all are very caring and friendly. Christian did an awesome job on my repairs/paint. I was extremely happy with the results, my vehicle was completed in 3 days! A while back I bumped a low curb with the front of our 2016 PRIUS. NOW our Prius is good as new thanks to GERBER Collision. YEARS AGO, a reckless pickup damaged our earlier Prius at a cost of $7,000 for that Hit & Run. We enjoyed that old Gerber Repaired Prius for more than 220,000 miles. They did an amazing job my truck was even cleaned when it was done. This was a cash job no insurance they took great care of me and kept me updated. It took one extra day that originally said which wasn't a big deal. Javier was very helpful and kept me updated.
