The team at Gerber Collision & Glass went the extra mile to take care of us after our accident. Kelly helped us with the paperwork and made our recover a smooth one. She also returned our rental car for us. Brandon was polite and efficient when completing the estimate. Jason answered all the question we had about the replace part and installation. The team repaired and washed our truck before my arrival. Tyler explained the details of the repair. He also made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Gerber has an excellent team here in Anniston. We are grateful to them for helping us through a tough time. Thank you!

Very friendly staff! The office and shop were very clean and organized. I loved receiving the proactive update calls every Tuesday and Thursday. That was over the top! I was told each Tuesday and Thursday what was currently happening with my vehicle and what would be next. In all my years of using body shops, I've never received this type of special customer service. They even returned my rental car! Gerber will be the only body shop I ever use again. Thank you!

I am in love with the customer service and care that I received at the location in Pelham. They took my truck right on in and had it done before the date they told me it would be done. They called me everyday with updates on the progress of my repairs. They even cleaned out the inside of my truck and I know it was messy, being a mom of 3 with every activity in the world to do!! I truly appreciate the quickness of my repairs and the great customer service I received at Gerber Collision in Pelham. Y'all are awesome and I will definitely be referring your company to everyone I know!!!

We had pretty extensive damage due to hitting a deer. My insurance company suggested Gerber and I am so glad they did. Gerber handled the claim and did an excellent and timely repair. When I picked the car up, Coryghan explained everything they had done. He also said that when they ran the codes on my engine that my transmission code was alerted. This had nothing to do with the collision, but an internal Nissan problem. He suggested I take the car to the dealer and get them to run the code again. I did that very thing and low and behold, Nissan owned up to their problem and rebuilt my transmission at no cost to myself. I'm extremely grateful to Coryghan and the team at Gerber who thoroughly checked their work and brought issues to my attention.
