I will never go any where other than Gerber in Pelham. Amber and Barbara are the BEST. Very friendly and always kept me up to date on my repairs.

All the staff were very customer focused and always made me feel like I was important. They explained the process of repairing my car and called me several time to keep me informed on the progress. They even took care of returning my rental car when mine was finished. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision or glass repair!

Hi the insurance that shown above is my insurance company this insurance was not used on this claim it was from the guy that hit me his insurance was Geico insurance. They set the claim up with you guys to fix my Buick encore After disappearI didn't know anything about you guys but after seeing the work that you guys put out, I was more than satisfied with the results that you guys did was phenomenal so I know now where I will be coming to if by chance I have to get any other body work done again. The work that you guys are putting out is Flawless!!!! I am very impressed with you guys work and if someone was to ask me if I know a good auto body work company I will be giving your number to that person. Again outstanding service.

Gerber collision & Glass did a awesome job on my Kia soul. I had hit a deer one night and it messed up the front of my car. I dropped it off and I was heading out on a cruise and when I got back they still had a little bit more work to be done but it wasn't long and they did a great job. I recommend this place. They are 10 out of 10

From start to finish, the staff was professional, communicative, and made a stressful situation easy to manage. The service advisor, Mclain Y., did an outstanding job of explaining the entire repair process, keeping me informed at every step, and answering all of my questions patiently. I received prompt updates on the progress of my 2015 Chevy Suburban, and the final repairs were completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is phenomenal. My Suburban looks brand new-the paint is flawless, and all of the repairs are seamless. It's clear that the technicians pay meticulous attention to detail. They went above people in this shop are very caring snd only want the best for their customers. I'd recommend them to anyone and would use them again if the need arises.
