Car repair was ok but car was not washed before I picked it up. Windshield and side windows were very dirty and floor mats had something all over them. I tried to clean them but will probably just buy new ones. Have had better experience with other companies.

They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. When I picked up the car, it looked absolutely incredible-like nothing had ever happened. The quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was how much pride they take in what they do. You can tell they really care about their customers and making sure the job is done right. I'm beyond grateful for the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

They lied on insurance claimes bc I got 3 other estimates from my same insurance ant they (gerber) wanted to get my car bc the are under contract

McLain done a astonishing job he is the definition of real customer service he went beyond my expectations of a body shop and also Jennifer the one that schedules the body shop repairs does an amazing job her customer service skills were beyond my expectations best in the business I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone needing body shop repair and to the techs that did the paint prep and body work you are the best in the industry definitely satisfied with my repairs and the outstanding customer service great job and thank you ..

All the staff were very customer focused and always made me feel like I was important. They explained the process of repairing my car and called me several time to keep me informed on the progress. They even took care of returning my rental car when mine was finished. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision or glass repair!

Hi the insurance that shown above is my insurance company this insurance was not used on this claim it was from the guy that hit me his insurance was Geico insurance. They set the claim up with you guys to fix my Buick encore After disappearI didn't know anything about you guys but after seeing the work that you guys put out, I was more than satisfied with the results that you guys did was phenomenal so I know now where I will be coming to if by chance I have to get any other body work done again. The work that you guys are putting out is Flawless!!!! I am very impressed with you guys work and if someone was to ask me if I know a good auto body work company I will be giving your number to that person. Again outstanding service.

Gerber collision & Glass did a awesome job on my Kia soul. I had hit a deer one night and it messed up the front of my car. I dropped it off and I was heading out on a cruise and when I got back they still had a little bit more work to be done but it wasn't long and they did a great job. I recommend this place. They are 10 out of 10
