Our son had his family's mini-van repaired at the Gerber shop on N. Western Ave. (broken glass and repair ignition) after thieves attempted to steal his van by breaking the glass and trying to jimmy the ignition. I picked his van up for him and was so pleased with the quality of work that was done on the van, but also the staff's service. After picking up the van, the manager of the shop noticed a leak in one of the tires and arranged to have it patched on the spot to accommodate me in a gesture that went above and beyond expectations. Thank you Gerber.
