Keeping me updated 2× a week was very friendly and made me feel less stressed about my car. The receptionist was very professional and answers all my questions I had. They did everything to give me the best costumer service. I will definitely recommend this location for all of your repairs for your car. I felt my car was taken good care off.

Really appreciated the service and care our car repairs received. We had a bumper plus windshield that needed to be replaced and Troy Acton went out of his way to insure we received top notch service. Our repair went a little longer than expected due to additional items being uncovered that needed to be fixed but, in the end, everything was finished, and the car looks great.

I originally went to get an estimate (just shopping around) , Gerber scheduled me for the estimate and I waited for days to receive it (they said they were going to email it to me), I finally decided to call Gerber, I spoke with Lilly over the phone and she said she could do the estimate for me (even though she was not the person that took the initial photos) she emailed me the estimate within 30 min, she said she was going to email me at the end of the day. Although I am not proceeding with repairs at this time , I would like to thank her for stepping up and help, my experience went for extremely bad to excellent, Thanks Lilly !
