Since you don't have an on-line survey (maybe you need one?) I'll answer your questions here: 10 -- Completely satisfied with customer service. It was helpful that I got a ride home when I dropped of my BMW. 10 -- Finished a day early. 10 -- I did have to return for an unforeseen problem with my hood latch -- it was taken care of promptly 10 -- Fabian stayed in regular touch via email to let me know the status of my repairs. 10 -- If it ever comes up I would recommend Gerber in Evanston.

They kept me updated every few days on the progress and were very friendly and apologetic when it was hard to find the parts they needed. I picked my car up today and it looks Great!! I would go to them again (although I won't need to) but would also recommend them to my friends.
