This is the 2nd time that I have used Gerber for auto body. Adam and Brian were great! While my car was being repaired I was kept informed with updates. Gerber worked with me when I had to leave the state day of the proposed finish date. They were able to get the job done. Everyone was great, I recommend them to all my friends. Living in the mountains it's great to have a place to help and rely on when needed!

Loved the treatment here! The receptionist are polite and helpful. Even when customers may get frustrated. Grant was very very helpful with my car and kept me updated on when I'd get my vehicle back. I was in a rush because my rental from enterprise despite the same year as my car was NOT it. Who knew there was such a huge difference from a 2021 premium Volkswagen and a 2021 Mitsubishi. So happy to get my Volkswagen back just the way it was before the accident from Gerber in a timely manner due to the damage. All in all loved loved my experience and would highly recommend to anyone !

Haven't gotten my car back yet but still wanted to share my thoughts on the positive aspects of my experience so far. Very good experience with getting updates on the status of my repair job. I think I had reasonable expectations about when the car would be finished but it was really nice and unexpected to get several calls from this shop letting me know when my car repairs had started and later on the status of the repairs. I have no problem complaining when things are not right but I also want to share the positive experiences as well.

The communication throughout the entire process of my repair was stellar. I got texts, personal calls, and emails about my repair end date and updates along the way. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted me if I needed a question answered. I will absolutely be using Gerber in Kenosha for any of my future repair needs! When my rental was about to be up, one of the ladies called them for me to tell them that wasn't the right date on the agreement. I work crazy hours so, it was nice not to have to deal with that. Everyone is super friendly.

When had an excellent experience with Chris & team. We came to Gerber because of a previous positive experience we had with Chris when you were Prestige. This time, I spilled a gallon of gas on the floor of the second row of our suv. The smell was overpowering. Chris immediately said he thought Gerber could help, but also set our expectations that the ultimate solution may be to replace all of the carpeting and padding. Chris kept us updated through the process and returned a vehicle to us with a significantly reduced smell of gas, without the large additional expense of manufacturer provided carpeting and padding. Chris and team definitely exceeded our expectations. We will certainly recommend Chris and Gerber.
