First off, Alex is a rockstar at customer service. It's so rare these days, so I had to specifically mention her. She's warm And welcoming from the moment you walk in, is knowledgeable and informative, etc. Kayle was also good at keeping me informed every step of the way via email, txt, or phone. They made my rental car transaction super easy and convenient. All in all, this place has a great system, is organized, and has a really good staff.

Despite Hyundai parts being back ordered, they were still able to repair within good timing & it looked great when I picked my car up! I have custom parts in my bumper area that they were also able to place back on since they were not damaged, and I really appreciated that. Should I ever need repair on my car again, I will be going to Gerber Collision in Statesville, NC.

Great work and the biweekly updates were extremely helpful. Took a very long time for my repairs to be completed though. There were items missed on the original estimate that were found later which delayed the repairs. Great customer service though.
