I am thoroughly impressed with Gerber Collision. Chad was the gentleman I worked with and he was so professional and kept me posted on every detail as my vehicle was being repaired. I appreciated the automated calls as well. My car looked perfect once completed. Not only was Chad extremely professional but also the front desk office personnel were extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone for repair work. They were phenomenal!

RO number 6200914155 The first day of my hunting trip I hit a deer with my suburban. I called progressive and they suggested having it towed to your facility in Sauk City. I live two hours from the location of the accident. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for running such a solid business. The flow of information could not have been better. When I called with questions the lady at the front desk (sorry, I can't remember her name) was always very friendly and helpful. I got the vehicle back and it looks fantastic. I noticed the headlamps are a bit too low. I called and explained the situation and she said to call when I will be in the area next, and they will adjust the headlamps for me. They offered to have me come in that day, but I was already back home. I would also note Progressive and Gerber worked very well together. ... Given the level of customer service I am accustomed to receiving these days it was so refreshing to work with a company that still understands and employs honesty and work ethic. Thanks again!
