Hello, Prepare yourself for many compliments and more information than you need to know. We are blessed to have a daughters who is a missionary in South Asia. She has been there for over 5 years. The car we keep running for her to drive when she is here is a 2003 Honda Civic with the faded blue paint. The last time she was here she drove over some limbs on the road and damaged the pan under the car. It was dragging. Fortunately we took it to Gerber Collision And Glass at 5400 Shadburn Ferry Rd in Buford, GA. And they successfully removed it. She is now, several months later returning. Miracle of miracles, the new part was put on in minutes this morning at that location. I am her mom and I had not been to the shop until this morning. I was impressed by how clean and orderly everything was in the office. Below is the text I sent my family ... after my experience. "I am back home. Car is done. One of the most delightful, efficient experiences I have ever been part of. Literally took minutes. Acted like I was a valuable customer with a fancy car ?? ??" Now for a few more details that you will find interesting. My husband and I both drove cars to the shop because we had not made an appointment and I thought we would have to leave Hattie's car. I can tell you, this is one busy place on a Monday morning. When we arrived, Jasmin was on the phone. She was patiently explaining to a frantic potential customer the way things are covered and handled by insurance companies and the coordination with the body shop. Did that clearly enough several times. By the end of the conversation the person at the other end of the call seemed comfortable with how things are handled and I even understood the process. The other girl in the front office, Mandy (I ask for names ??). Was also very polite, confident, and knowledgeable as she dealt with several customers while I was there. A third female, with an office behind the front open area had a note on a visible board that said, "Hold on let me overthink it." Not only are these gals efficient, they have a sense of humor. I did not get the name of the girl with the office but I believe she played a major part in my quick service, without requiring any of my attention. Another couple "things". I loved the ability to look ?? through the large clean glass window on the door between the front office area and the operating room. Wow. Impressive. So clean and organized and orderly. Open, not cluttered with parts. Each bay, I think that is what they are called, had the clean shinny new parts sitting up on a cloth covered stand waiting to be put on the vehicle beside it. Almost looked like a setup for a picture. When I drove around the side to turn around as I was leaving I noticed the garage area set up for washing cars. It also looked camera ready. No clutter. Mark and team was awesome - very thorough in explaining the work that needs to be/have been done before, during and after the repair. It was also great to get ongoing updates via email, phone messages and texts so that I could plan my day for drop off & pick up. I've needed to deal with other Gerber locations before but by far this was the best experience yet!

Lilly V was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time resolving issues between two insurance claims. She kept me posted on the status of the repair and shared photos. Repair work looks - like there was never a repair. Paint color match is fabulous.

I had a great experience with Gerber after having an unfortunate encounter with a snowbank in my Mini Cooper. All the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful especially the estimator, Jason. The repair work was completed earlier than expected, and they even washed my car & cleaned the inside. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Now that's what I call customer service!

He also expedited my expected completion date of my car due to my lack of rental car funds. This is the kind of actions that real considerate people do that make them stand out, professional ! Unfortunately this was the 2nd time Gerber has had to repair my car. 1st time a tree fell on it, resulting in practically replacing quite a bit of my car as you can imagine. I could not believe the results! It was a no brainer when I recently had an accident. Once again, I was not disappointed. Thank you so much to the entire Gerber team. Everyone from the front desk to my estimator, Mr C. , were very professional and helpful in getting my car back to me in ?? % satisfactory condition.
