I am VERY pleased with the repairs that were performed on my f150. This location didn't waste any time on getting the repairs properly completed, keeping me informed on how far along they were during the process, and actually showing me pictures of all of the damaged parts and images of the new parts being painted and repaired. I definitely will be coming back to this location if I ever need any more repairs done to my vehicle and I will be recommending this location to people that need collision repairs completed.

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Originally told me they would need it for almost 3 weeks to complete the repair, but we're able to complete the repair in 6 days. Repairs look perfect! I will recommend the Gerber McHenry location to everyone.
