Thank you so much to EVERYONE at Gerber! From the time I walked in and was greeted from the woman at the front desk, (Sorry I didn't get everyone's name) to the estimator Zachary V., I had an AWESOME experience. My vehicle needed some body work (About $2.000 worth) after an accident and Gerber was very busy and still took my car the same day, and promised it would be ready within a week. Well, they got it done in three days and the car looks great. They did exactly everything they promised, and these days that doesn't happen often. I now have a place to take my car for any futures work! Again, thank you very much!

My experience was great with this location. Lloyd was extremely professional and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed regarding additional work I needed. He also thoroughly explained the work that was performed and what to expect. My card looks brand new. My experience was stress free from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend this place in the future. My only bad experience was the front desk attendant. She is just not the most friendliest person to be greeting customers. She obviously does not want to be there. Would have changed to 4 stars because of my experience with her but Lloyd Hadley filled in the gap to make the experience more pleasant. Would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you can avoid the front desk girl.
