Estimate done quickly and submitted to insurance. Gerber called to set up appointment for repairs. Dropped vehicle off and repairs were done in a week- even with a holiday in the mix. Vehicle was washed and even vacuumed! Staff is polite, responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. And they stand behind their work. Extremely satisfied with my whole experience at Gerber Collision. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for vehicle repair and if I ever need repairs again, I know where I will go.

We brought our vehicle to the Gerber Collision & Glass W. Kellogg location after an incident. The check in process was easy. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We got a diagnosis and estimate on the spot. After they answered all our questions, they set us up with an appointment to fix the damage. The appointment was the soonest we could get, compared to other collision centers in the area. We were able to drop the vehicle in the night before which was convenient, and the work was completed within 24 hours. The total cost was even less than quoted, because they were able to fix instead of replacing some parts (thanks for looking out!). They kept us updated during the process until the vehicle was ready for pick up. The pick-up process was quick, and the vehicle looked as if the accident never happened!
